The Office of Professional Development (OPD) positions graduate students and postdoctoral researchers for success in their careers at UMass and beyond. Our training programs offer a wide array of presentations, panel discussions, seminars, workshops, site visits, and non-credit courses to help participants build competency in the areas of teaching, communication, leadership & management, and career preparation.
