At UC San Diego we aim to prepare graduate students and post-doctoral scholars for a range of careers, from industry to academia. To complement the offerings of the Career Services Center, the Graduate Division collaborated with campus partners and local employers to develop a new professional development program, GrAdvantage. GrAdvantage is a hub of campus-wide professional development opportunities and provides a suite of resources to develop the leadership, teamwork , communication and networking skills graduate students need to become successful leaders in their field.
