    UF Professional Development Workshops help graduate students gain information, insights, and skills they can use in academia and the job market. Each fall and spring semester, the series of workshops covers topics such as effective leadership, time management and research strategies, preparing for examinations and final defenses, getting manuscripts published, and obtaining student grants.
